A few weeks ago I posted that I was suffering from a very itchy scalp, to an extent unknown for me, at first my concern was raised that perhaps my particular MPB was picking it up a notch. However having dropped the BC Curcumin 400mg and Resveratrol 200 mg it subsided it should be noted that prior to this i used a a 400 mg curcmin of a different brand and 100mg Resveratrol for 3 months no problems, so i believe brands do have a effect, I will be starting on lower doses of both soon. ...

Yesterday I tried to eat a lot when I got home after the party, I also took Brewers yeast and R-lipoic acid + plenty of water during the entire night. When I wake up, 9 hours later I had horrible hangover (pulsing headache) for many hours. It did however disappear after a heavy running session (even though the headache was extreme in ...

So far I have found bulk powder on Iherb for:

Spirulina

Chlorella

Wheat Grass

Are these the "top 3"?

Any others I should consider adding to the mix?

Hi everyone,

Nothing on Emu oil on this forum? What do you think about it? I'm trying to fight some dandruff that appears to go hand in hand with my TE and read that emu oil not only helps with hair loss but is also a good carrier for an essential oil like tea tree oil, which is frequently used against dandruff? Thanks.

I visited this website a few years ago and took up the IM regimen of green tea capsules, flaxseed, cod liver oil. The effect seemed to stabalise my hair loss, however my hair is thinning a lot now and I am back to update the regimen. I would really appreciate advice on what are the key things to add.

It seems that Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid & Acetyl L-Carnitine are key. Am I correct?

If I order these will I also need to add Biotin?

I already take a number of capsules/tablets ...
