I have alot of sweat generally, especially around the armpits and I also didnt want to use anything with aluminum. Currently:

wet one of these with a bit of water and apply liberally:
http://www.iherb.com/Crystal-Body-Deodorant-Deodorant-Stick-Twist-Up-4-25-oz/5705?at=0

then follow up with a little bit of this for a better smell:
http://www.menscience.com/Advanced-Deodorant_p_15.html

the crystal stick lasts for literally years, I've had the same one for over a year and it haven't had to twist the knob once yet. The Men Science leaves me smelling pretty good most of the day, but its expensive and I need to buy it about every 2 months. I think the crystal stick does a pretty good job of keeping me dry, but I can get smelly during the day if I just use that, the men science really helps me smell alot better. I like the combination of the two, but it took my body a little while to adjust from coming off aluminum containing deodorants, I think I sweat a little less now actually that I stopped the aluminum.

I'd be interested in finding a good alternative to the Men Science since it doesn't have a scent, just keeps me from smelling like I just got back form the gym.

Can you get Magnesium oil at the store? Is there a preferred form of magnesium?

I was talking to my old dear recently incidentally, and this topic came up in a roundabout way and she recommends bicarbonate of soda, rubbing some of that in your pitts. You won't get a nice smell, but you don't get a bad one either, or so it goes...I've not tried it, but it keeps you dry.

Report back if anyone decides to use it.

I stopped using antiperspirant a year ago .. the first three weeks I smelled but then it went away, and I dont smell anymore .. i dont wash with soap either, except once a month and never wash my balls with soap just water. I have noticed significant increase in interest from girls, especially when standing close to them fx. at a cafeteria waiting in line, they turn around and smile. Certain foods can increase this, celleriac most noted.

Yeah I've been anti-perspirant free for about 2 or 3 years now. One of the first things that I did, once I started this health kick.

Recently I've been using a TTO and Lavender deodorant and it works great for smell. It prevents stinky bacteria from growing. I've tried others but the brand I am using now lasts for quite a long time, usually all day. Other natural deodorants I have used wear off way too quickly.

It's very mild and it smells more "woodsy" because of the TTO. No gyno or related symptoms like when I was on Saw Palmetto either. I get morning erections quite frequently and have no limitations in bed.

BTW I also take Maca, BioDIM, plenty of Protein, ZMA, etc. I also want to experiment with some chasteberry for after sex to regulate excess prolactin levels.

ha ha, it's funny but i have the same experience - i never use soap and i use some mild natural aniperspirant or l'eau de cologne from pharmacy for this purpose

usaully i get compliments that my skin is very soft and that i smell like a baby (it has to ne the natural skin odor) - i think that the girls feel the hormones, especially high T - i made an experiment last year - i was taking loot of T enhancing/ E blocking supplement, doing heavy exercises and went for 3 weeks without efaculation - the girls were crazy, i swear, they really feel it

Doesn't work IME.

The crystal deodorants or magnesium oil works much better.

Funny, I've noticed this too! I've read it has something to do with unleashing the male pheromones. I haven't used any deodorant or anti-perspirant of any kind for 2 years now. Do I smell? Not at all. Do my arm pits sweat? No. Why not? No idea really; I like to believe it's due to my clean diet, high antioxidant intake, and regular sauna and exercise routines.

I'm sure most of you are aware that there are to types of perspiration: 1) typical sweat to cool the body, and 2) sweat due to stress/anxiety. The former is odorless and the latter is not. When I thought about this it really hit me -- why in the hell am I using this unnatural stuff, in essence blocking the body's natural mechanisms? If I stink due to stress/anxiety isn't that I sign that I should relax??? Why block this important message delivery system with unnatural chemicals (or even natural substances for that matter)?
