My regimen? I was surprised it wasn't as much as I thought. Total cost my "Top 6" plus biotin which includes my discount from Iherb (VIP) which is usually 10% since I often order less than 120 dollars worth each time is $82.60
per month. I get my ALC from best vite which is the cheapest source in capsules on the planet, that helps to keep costs
low since I buy 480 capsules with no shipping costs for 35.00.

nidhogge - LOL, no but very often when I run out of probiotics I take a break once in a while. Often I will save my probiotics when I "cheat" or eat some bad food.

For Probiotics use Kefir - it is almost Free, just regular milk - and the whole family can take it...

Haha, I'm the same way unfortunately! I've been out for a month now.
I've ordered kefir twice from a kefir lady but each time been too lazy and confused on how to make it properly.

Haha, alright man, fair enough, thanks. Aren't you worried about using dairy though as a starter? Milk's pretty bad for our hair.
