CS... Your thoughts on liver/gallbladder flush...

CS... I would like to know your thoughts about the liver/gallbladder flushes... Do you "believe" in them? Do you thinks are really stones what you expel?

It is "real".

First time I passed HUGE, very hard stones. The next times small stones came out. Because of this, there is no way they are the result of a reaction between an oil and some citrus fruit, like some pseudo quack-watchers assure. It makes a different in digestion and improves your sense of well being.

I believe it's one of the first steps to a better you though it's not the cure for cancer or even candida like many irresponsible people claim.

gonzalito - These flush are good, but it is primarily sludge that passes through. They appear as many green stones.

As far as getting rid of the stones, chanca piedra works for both kidney and gallstones. Gallbladder problems occur from food allergy.
