Imupro 300 (food intolerances)
Hey!
I'm pretty much convinced that I have some nasty food intolerances and would like your opinion on the Imupro 300 test.
It's fairly expensive but I don't mind if its reliable. I have had some success in dealing with Acne by removing milk and gluten from my diet but I still get alot of symptoms from other foods.
Hopefuly it can help my hair aswell, I know my scalp and hair quality are terrible if I eat certain things. If sensitivities activates my immune system then it probably creates inflammation which can't be good for hair.
What do you guys think?

Interesting, especialy the bit about the women's hair feeling better and new hair growth.
I know it's like clockwork for me, some things I eat cause me bloating and constipation but it seems delayed so it's hard to pinpoint what exactly.
I'll give it a shot soon and report on my results here!
Thanks CS

Re: Imupro 300 (food intolerances)
So I finaly went through with the test, got my results 5 days ago.
Of the 270 foods that were tested I was found to be intolerant to 61 (ouch!). The list includes all grains except rice, virtualy all nuts, milk and soy. Most veggies and fruits are fine other than onions and watermelon for some reason. Says I'm also intolerant to agar-agar and aspergillus niger and shiitake mushrooms
. Shiitakes are my favorite and I would eat alot of them, this test is definitely interesting.
What's even more interesting is that after only 4 days of following this diet my hair feels frickin badass! Super solid and thick, my scalp feels perfect. ZERO itching or discomfort/tightness. My complexion is better and I have no more sore throat and redness in my face and chest. It's incredible really.
I'll definitely keep you guys updated because this is REALLY encouraging to me!

Oh and I forgot to add, here is the list of foods tested http://www.food-intolerance.ca/wp-content/themes/revolution/pdf/Imupro-food-tested.pdf.
It doesn't contain EVERYTHING but it's pretty extensive. Btw, is there an edit function on this forum?

Icanbeatthis - That's great news. The link did not go through for some reason.
I tried the other day to fix the edit function and still nothing. One of these days, I hope to get it to work. Right now, the only thing you can do is copy your post, delete it, paste it and edit it.
