Female Pattern Anti Androgen

I want to ask what can I use as anti androgen for female? Currently I am using Nizoral shampoo, Hair Vit., Hairmax, Magnesiom 500 mg/day. But my hair seems not improving or not having any growth. Thank you for all your help.
