Sorry, I've been a bit swamped lately...

Yes, it has a lot of appropriate uses--depending on your situation.

Some people have androgen sensitivity (where salts like these are helpful)...others for anxiety, others if they use an infrared sauna or very active in sports.

It's also an excellent way to salt load when first using iodine.
