The Importance Of Breakfast (Eggs)

Post  MikeGore on Wed Nov 25, 2015 11:05 am

I thought I'd open a thread about this and gets some ideas flowing.

I believe my breakfast habits are quite bad so will be fixing this, since I believe it is contributing to many problems I am having.

What is your opinion about having eggs? Personally, I don't like eggs that much, and honestly have eaten so few eggs my entire life I can count them. Would probably be less than a hundred my entire life!

Now I am thinking, as we have always been told from childhood that eggs is important for development. Now I am wishing I had eaten more eggs growing up.

So what would happen if someone cut out eggs from their diet, and ate hardly any eggs? How would it affect brain, muscles development, which can affect posture and even hair loss and eyesight?

Would eating eggs still help in our development after a certain age?

Also, I have read so many conflicting things such as eggs can be bad, or the white is good, or yolk is good etc. What is it and is it a good idea to have eggs everyday, 3 times week etc?

I've heard eggs referred to as "nature's perfect food", I'd definitely say they are good. I eat a few almost every morning, sometimes I mix it up with two whole eggs, or one whole egg and two or three egg whites, whatever.

I eat about 6 eggs a day. I'd eat more if I could afford it!

I only eat them when I crave them and organic or bought locally from a farm where they are treated real good seems to be way better for some reason than commercial eggs but I don't think your missing out on too much if you like beef liver or others.

It's worth noting though, that I think eggs are a common allergy or something like that, might want to check

It has only been a common allergy as of late. Most likely due to the fact that many vaccines are made with egg proteins which end up triggering an immune response...
