Calcium D Glucarate

Post  MikeGore on Mon Dec 07, 2015 1:08 pm

I've recently started taking Calcium D Glucarate. I almost feel like I have neglected calcium for a long time. I've only taken this in my multivitamin and that was the regular version and not this glucarate one. Also, when recommended it to others I have steered clear from any calcium supplementation since it can cause calcification of the arteries and vessels. But is this Calcium D Glucarate functioning differently so it wouldn't cause calcification? Would it be good to take it for hair loss, estrogen dominance and cancer protection?

Does anyone know if Calcium-D-Glucarate can cause calcification, or is this a safer and better form of calcium that doesn't cause that?

This did not seem to get an answer... I am confused on calcium. Some say it is worth taking and some research I am seeing is that it causes heart issues in the long term?
Can anyone please shed some light on this?
