Advice on my current regimen

Post  YARO on Tue Dec 08, 2015 2:19 pm

Hello everyone,

I just started a regimen a couple of days ago and need some advice on the use of these supplements.

My first question is I'm taking Now Foods L-OptiZinc, where do i include it in my regimen? what time of day is best? do i need
copper to take with it since it only has .3 mg for 30 mg zinc. Also what would be the correct dose to start with.

Also purchased 40K volt electrolytes, when do i take this? after my selenium/iodine?

Bought some Magnesium Malate by Now Foods, When is the best time of day to take this? Do i avoid taking it with the other supplements like zinc?

Purchased some Thorne Research L-Lysine but read somewhere that it isn't good to take?

Below is a list of everything that i am currently taking, any helpful insight on what to change or the order of the supps. would be appreciated.

Thanks for the input iuyy, i will probably stay away from it for now.

Any thoughts on the Optizinc, Magnesium, and 40k volt. when to take them? does the regimen look solid?

Thank You

Don't forget the vitamin C

I like to cover B vitamins with more than on type of supplement because I've had better results this way. Experiment- what works for someone else doesn't necessarily work for you.

one thing is missing - lifestyle .

do you spend all day by the beach or all day in an office.

it makes a massive difference.

@NYJets

I just purchased this Vitamin C, it seems like this one is the one that is used mostly on this forum.

@iuyy

At 18 years old, i can not really afford anything of that nature just yet. My stress levels were crazy and that is only due to my receding hairline. All throughout high school i was completely stressed out and all i wanted to do was research and get my problem fixed. Didn't care about school or anything but my hair loss.

One thing i noticed about my self going through this journey is that my attitude changed towards my family and others, a bitter, defensive attitude.

My diet is a typical western diet i guess, i work at subway sandwich shop so i eat a lot of that. I am currently studying diets for hair loss on this forum and Danny Roddy's diet.

My question was, from the regimen i posted above, where would you place the zinc, magnesium and 40k Volt electrolytes.
How much zinc and magnesium do i take and do i take them separately?

Thank You
