Having four people with a similar hypothesis doesn't make it genuine. I think the calcification theory is far more likely where detumescence and the scalp exercise are concerned.

this is a calcification

Do you think you have that under your scalp ? and that you can just squash it out with exercises ?? I don't know.

actually people on propeciahelp posted their facial shape did change on the drug.

I think it's a valid theory.

the strength of facial muscles and the strength and posture of tongue directly affect skull shape and position, it's been shown in human and animal studies and anecdotally

how much effect it has on hairloss, no idea. I wouldn't think a major player, but possibly another piece of the puzzle

example a the modern skull often exhibits a recessed maxilla and recessed jaw because of poor breast feeding habits, lack of hard chewing, lack of fat soluble vitamins and poor tongue posture.

talking of calcification, finding Dr Kendrick#s take on CVD, and calcification, fascinating (http://drmalcolmkendrick.org/ scroll down a bit, in the right hand side bar under recent posts find the "what causes heart disease" series). his take is that calcification is a downstream reaction of your body protecting itself from dangerous plaques and ruptures, which makes a lot of sense to me and has plenty of implications for hair loss e.g. tackle endothelial health (nutrients/exercise), tackle blood clumping (foods, grounding etc) and your body will stop calcifying itself

I read most of this article that you posted
http://drmalcolmkendrick.org/

I found it interesting how he detailed how depression and stress were biologically linked to developing coronary artery disease. Also he talked about how good sunshine was to prevent coronary artery disease problems.
A good article about calcification and plaque. Sounds like a serious and common process in the body, saying that even muscles could calcify.
Mechanical pressing to try to remove calcification and remove plaque before it calcifies seems viable. I think the blood vessels supplying the hair follicle are very thin, so the blockage may be very small and minor ( unlike the samples in the video). Those were some graphic interesting videos.

Below is a basic intro to reducing calcification.

Maybe more than occipofrontalis is involved in all of this.

check Anatomy Trains body lines. It's basicly that muscles are connected strongly by a fascia. It can be split into Superficial back line, front line, deep line and some lateral /or involving arms

What's intersting is that galea is connected all the way back to the sole of the feet.
NSFW: superficial back line dissection https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUNcQMP2gwE
And all the other lines described here: http://healingartsce.com/advancedanatomymyofascial.html

AAAAND appearantly, the orbicularis occuli can hypertrophy, and I'm thinking overuse of it can pull on m. frontalis and then galea.

This dude can pull a f*cking truck with this muscle, and the muscle is double the size of ordinary people. Muscle is the one involved in squinting and blinking
http://www.neurology-asia.org/articles/neuroasia-2013-18(4)-427.pdf

I imagine a slight hypertrophy can pull all the back line easily.

Hypertrophy of this muscle leads to eye bags

ANd now I'm wondering just how many balding men have this.
Because of the androgenic enviornment, in men the muscle can exert noticable force.
And because women monthly "overdose" on progesterone, even if the muscle is hypertrophied, it is "releaxed" half the time.
(Have you tried progesterone? that shit is muscle relaxing, I have not tried any like it. INSTANT anxiety relief(which can be seen as diaphragm tension and improved breathing)

Further. THe orbicularis is invovled in feelings, especially anger and greif (etc. So balding can be a symptom of bad emotional manegment(which also increase cardiovascular disease risks). Maybe accumulation of bad feelings in the muscles(yes feelings cause tension, see back pain).

Do you know Reich therapy? Body armoring, basicly it's where in the body you find tension that cause block to you phyche
In body armoring, there is eye armor. When active this is the description of eye armor
http://orgonomictherapy.com/2013/08/22/body-armor-ocular/

It's describing me down to a T since I've become adult.

So in conclusion balding men have trust issues, suspicious, control issues and further can't manage anger and sadness.  Very Happy👽
(This might not be taken lightly by peope with hurt egos, that can't take more hurt, if you disagree, you just proved my point brahs)

So I'm walking around relaxing my vision, and I've noticed a lot of tension that can be felt when looked for.
Further, I think eye strain cause this, because you squint, and I've noticed I squint when light on laptop is strong, or I can't see, I suggest f.lux all the time and dim the brightness, lessen pc activity and do eye relief exersices.

perhaps propecia works by altering facial shape ??

http://www.propeciahelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1618&start=20

"This happened to me also. I used to have a lean, angular face before and during Propecia. But in the months going off, now that I look back at pictures, my face began to round, in the cheeks, around the mouth and jaw line softened more. My face also began to look less vibrant. I didn't realize it was happening at the time but it happened rather quickly. Hasn't changed back at all to pre-fin appearance. Going on 3 years off Propecia. "

dermarolling makes no logical sense for regrowing hair,

and brushing the scalp may help

There's plenty of results: to name a few there's 2young2retire and Prettyfly over at stopaga.com who got serious amounts of regrowth - the former from dermarolling alone and the later from minox + dermarolling.

Also there's the indian study from 2013 which showed results from minox and DR

Are you familiar with the guy who got tons of regrowth from burns on his scalp - known as BBQ guy?

Thanks for the explanation. I have pretty severe eye bags and im only 25 Sad.
Do you know how to get rid of eyebags? maybe try to relax that muscle, but how? There doesnt seem to be any cure, all results i get when googling are useless creams

scalp exercises

basic diet of coconut oil, liver, fruit, potatoes, bit of meat, coffee, dairy

basic supplements - taurine, lysine, glycine, beta alanine (carnosine), proline - all very similar substances and all help collagen grow and maintain itself
liquid b complex with methylene blue
vitamin a, d , k2, e
pregnenelone, dhea
zinc

You ignored the question of your results, which you hate that I point this out, but don't be because we're here to help eachother. I believe that you are still searching for the truth about hairloss, but we shouldn't because when I search "orgasm hairloss" on google, I receive over 400,000 results. Throughout history the scholars have known that the loss of semen causes a wide range of illnesses.  This is why women don't go through androgenic alopecia(unless there's a strange genetic disorder) because they don't lose semen, which is composed of crucial chemicals for the body. Read The Detox Miracle Sourcebook: Raw Food and Herbs for Complete Cellular Regeneration. Do what I say and you will grow back your hair.
I will be creating a thread soon on my own evidence-based theory of androgenic alopecia for you to read.

It's hard to say and judge your own hair loss. I develop a type of body dysmorphic disorder. But I would say , it is doing well and grows much faster than it used to. I keep shaved right down though, so it's hard to judge results.

The prolactin/testosterone theory only explains shedding. Not the pattern baldness.

John3333, seeing as you're new to the boards I'll tell you about my experience with no fap. I first tried this out back in 2004, and after 4 or 5 months, I saw new hairs coming through, but only a few either side. I discontinued the experiment, and consequently lost more hair. I tried out the experiment a few years afterwards... similar time frame, same results. I created a thread on this on the godlike productions forum, and guys started emailing me to tell me they had some minor success from abstinence. So, yes, excessive fapping is a contributory factor, but abstinence is certainly not a miracle cure, hence a few sporadic terminals sprouting forth every few months. Perhaps if combined with a solid regimen, then abstinence might be a useful addition.

When considering abstinence and considering that sperm loss may be a factor, do take time to discount the theory with the case of men with vasectomys. I got one at 30 and it did nothing to help my hair. The body still loses the other fluids and nutrients, like zinc, but abstinence is not a key factor in regrow, and I am getting both regrow and plenty of action.

There is no shame by writing masturbation, and plenty of sex (intercourse) instead of fapping or action.
Just saying since we are adults, and probably I´m old fashioned due to all interactive terms nowadays.
