OT Women's Health

Post  AboDi on Fri Apr 01, 2016 6:29 am

Hello,

My mother is 46 years old and reasonably healthy, thought of putting her on longevity\protection supplement regime (I'm already considering curcumin\resv, salmon oil, humic acid and spray D3) and since IH forum is the go to for any health info throughout the years I'd appreciate your input for best supplementation for both young and older women, female health in general.

cheers!

MSM powder, cheap and supposedly a very useful supplement for detox, etc., not to mention beauty.

Works best with vitamin C.

Thanks johndoe1225,

The problem with MSM powder is its immense bitterness, it's difficult to get anyone to take it regularly.

I suppose. I got used to it easily but maybe you can try "chasing" it, I think that's where you put some on your tongue and then just drink a bunch of water, I think it's supposed to help the taste.
