Rebel Without A Cause

Post  froyd on Wed Apr 06, 2016 1:04 am

So I was just watching this James Dean classic and noticed that the character 'Buzz' was receding bad. Naturally I googled the actor - turns out to be Corey Allen.

Here he is with Dean aged 20/21 while shooting the film: http://thebluegrassspecial.com/archive/2010/july10/imagesjuly10/james-dean-corey-allen.jpg

Looking at that you're thinking his hair will be gone in 5 years, especially since it was the 1950's......

Yet here he is at age 44: http://i.azcentral.com/i/sized/1/2/9/e298/j350/PHP4C2B710385921.jpg

And here at 71: http://cache3.asset-cache.net/gc/52159848-actor-corey-allen-attends-the-press-gettyimages.jpg?v=1&c=IWSAsset&k=2&d=OCUJ5gVf7YdJQI2Xhkc2QHRq%2Bs5uTd4pndP30lJkWAkJ5ZIUa47LvvryzeJ1T5tOmyMygIpsX09BLd6nOEG45A%3D%3D

What did this guy know?!?

I wouldn't call that bad receding.  Maybe he just naturally has a forehead that looks like receding  will continue.  Look at Pres. Nixon pics.
He had some  recession that  but it hardly changed much from the 60's onward. What did he know? I guess some get recession without progression. Or maybe fewer hormone receptors in scalp.
