Which shampoo?

Post  Vlaj on Mon Jun 13, 2016 4:21 am

I wanted to get more insight about which shampoos anyone has had good results with and which ones below would recommend? Or any others not listed?

ORTHO ORGANICS™ SHAMPOO

Folicure para Caspa with Piroctone Olamine

PURA D'OR Hair Loss Prevention Premium Organic Argan Oil Shampoo

Dermo-Biotin Shampoo

Men-U Healthy Hair & Scalp Shampoo

Regenepure - DR Shampoo, Hair and Scalp Treatment

Lipogaine The Big 3 Shampoo

Nizoral Shampoo

Dr. Proctor's - NANO Shampoo and Conditioner
Also, he has a Prox-N topical

There was one shampoo recommended on hairloss-research.org but I can't remember the name...I think it started with an R, like Rev something, Revito whatever.

That Proctor shampoo was also mentioned as beneficial.

My son adores the colostrum shampoo from Synertek. It is all he uses now. I like it too, but it seems to have particular benefits for male pattern baldness.
His hair was thinning (he is 34) and now it is looking better. I am happy I found something that is helping him.

Does shampoo really do shit for hair quality? I can't help but think hair is in crappy condition mainly due to genetics. My hair has always been in shit condition - even before it started receding LOL I've read about all the pro-hair ingredients in that regenepure shampoo I'm using, but I doubt it will make any difference. Seriously, I've seen alcoholics / junkies with failing livers, yet astounding heads of hair with no recession or thinning at all. I think, where hair is concerned, you've either won the genetic lottery or lost.

Well, most people are going to wash their hair at least some of the time, and we might as well make sure it is the best quality shampoo.  I don't agree it is all about genetics.  Diet, general health, and yes, topicals make a big difference.  As I posted, my son's hair is looking better with using the colostrum shampoo (and no, I am NOT affiliated with Synertek), and that is the only thing he is doing differently.  Just an example!

Then there's me. I'm female so you might say, of course hair is not a problem for you. But fine, thin hair runs in my family and I have it too. My sister is five years younger than I, and her hair has all but disappeared while mine is still going strong. It's all down to lifestyle. She could do the same if she was more health-aware.

tricomin is the best shampoo ive ever used. nothing is even close ive tried regenepure, purador, and random others ones. And by far tricomin is the best. Admittedly it will make your hair dry so use a good conditioner after it. But ya.
