vitamin D missing from the IH regimen?

Post  The Liberator on Wed Jun 29, 2016 12:26 pm

I re-read the IH regimen from time to time to make sure nothing has been added that I might have missed, and this time around I noticed that there is no longer any mention of vitamin D. Do you still take and/or recommend Primal-D, and if not which vitamin D to you take now? Thanks!

The Liberator - Thanks for mentioning this. Last time I updated that page, it looks as though I unintentionally deleted the
Vitamin D3. I just made a correction.

Vitamin D3 is important, it could be oral, topical or even UV exposed mushrooms contains some (the active form).

I've tried both, primal D and regular d3 sulfated with DMSO. There is no difference in my experience... I prefer topical way of D, or even better - sun.
