Some very interesting research on how to reprogram your past experiences, reduce stress,  and tune up your mind.  Also some research on how sleep effects the body and learning abilities. They claim that this process is one of the best documented and most effective treatment in psychology available.  It is basically a simple process of moving your eyes back and forth while recalling a high impact past event,  and this reprograms the emotional impact. Not just some new age meditation stuff,  this is derived from clinical research  done with war vets and heavy trauma victims.
