I have a question regarding digestive enzymes. I've been taking them for a little more than a year now. This was when i was experimenting with everything related to food to stop my acne and DUPA. I have no success with this, but for whatever reasons i kept on taking digestive enzymes. As of now one of the biggest successes I've had is with decreasing stress through the use of (meditation, ashwagandha, and magnesium). My hair and skin is now better than its been in ages. I'd like to eliminate digestive enzymes from my current stack but I was curious if I should stop slowly. I have been taking digest gold which is perceptually strong, I was wondering if it would be wiser to take a lesser strength digestive enzyme first and slowly ween myself off them. Are there any issues or advice I should be aware of with long term digestive enzyme use?
