Pycnogenol for hair growth. Any good?

Post  MikeGore on Fri Nov 25, 2016 12:26 pm

I've never taken this supplement and apparently it is very good.

If we consider the blood flow aspect in hair loss, this would mean taking anything that improves blood flow should also benefit hair. Am I right?

Also, I get chiblains in cold weather, and my understanding is its due to reduced blood flow in extremities. I've kinda had this problem since I was a kid. Maybe it has something to do with my hair loss.

But for some reason, I have always considered Pycnogenol to estrogenic so I stayed away from it, fearing it might cause gynocomastia. Is this true?

Anyway, thinking of order a bottle soon, but will wait to see what you guys thoughts are about it.
