There's only one person besides me who had  MPB at an abnormally young age. He was an overweight/obese student in high school. At first I wondered if he was even a student since his MPB had progressed a lot, but he was definitely a student. He was about a NW3 or 3.5 in high school. Maybe he was 17 or 18 or 19 at that time. He looked much older than his age. He didn't seem to have any dark lines under his eyes so he probably got enough sleep. I don't know much more about him.

I want to say his diet caused his obesity and his MPB, which makes complete sense. I don't know his actual diet though.
A lot of people eat McDonalds, fried food, potato chips, and pepsi, but most people don't eat fast food almost everyday like I did in my childhood. In fact, I ate McDonalds, fried food, potato chips, and pepsi most of my childhood. The only somewhat healthy food I ate almost daily may have been roasted sunflower seeds with flavoring. I ate vegetables a few times a year, literally only the vegetables on a pizza or Burger King burger. Fried peppers, carrots, onions, celery, tomatoes, corn in meat or stew too in small amounts were eaten once a day. I ate fruit a few times a week. I rarely drank actual water besides the water from school tap faucets either until I became a little more health conscious when I was 13. I'd always get my liquid from pepsi, Kool-Aid, or chocolate milk.

A bad diet high in vegetable oil is what might be similar between him and me.

I was probably calorie deficient though, especially in middle school. I often would not arrive early enough to get breakfast, but the school would give you a small snack before lunch. The school lunch was disgusting. I'd only be able to take a bite or two before I trashed it. Most of my life I never finished my lunches unlike my peers. Eventually I trained myself to force myself to eat it. Sometimes I wonder if that played a role in my hairloss.
