Best curcumin for antifungal use?

Post  ??? on Fri Feb 10, 2017 4:10 am

I've read curcumin has antifungal properties. Assuming that is true... I was wondering what form would be best, and would a once daily dose be enough?

Planning to use some anyway, but gonna try tackling Candida soon so figured maybe it could help with that too Basketball

Hi there

Piperine (in simple black pepper) increases absorption of curcumin by as much as 2,000%, so what I do is take about a teaspoon of ground turmeric and put it in warm/hot water, add a tiny bit of black pepper, and a tiny bit of coconut oil (also helps absorption I think), and drink it like a tea.

Maybe you could try coconut milk (the canned, solid stuff) too.
