OT: Bloated + gas

Post  JeetKuneDo on Thu Mar 02, 2017 11:46 pm

Getting bloated and gassy from most foods for a few years. Very seldom pain or cramping.
Tried most stuff out there, most effective help seems to be from water fasting for at a week or so, but it is not a sustainable strategy for me.
Most probiotics including specific pro-stomach strains such as lactobacillus, seem to make my symptoms worse = more gas, bloating and even headache.

Food allergy?

Could  be a wheat allergy,  just try selectively eliminating things. If the water fasting helped, juice fasting can make it more sustainable. Even better is to do a once a week colon flush with senna or vitamin C megadose to clean out the system.

Then start  fasting after the cleanse to further clean out the system if you can.  It takes at least 10 fasting days after a senna cleanse to get the junk out. Once you do it,  you realize how much junk is just rotting in the curves of the intestines.  Like bacteria from bad teeth, an uncleansed intestine is worse. With the cleanse done,  everything from the immune system to the skin is much better.

Also minimize salts and drink plenty of water to help with the kidney and liver functions and detox. Build up slowly the ability to flush the colon with laxitives, if you go too fast with too much you will cramp. You eventually can do a serious flush with no cramping.
