Supplements for higher blood sugar?

Post  Growdamnit on Wed Jan 24, 2018 3:31 pm

My girl had a bit of a scare with her blood sugar and wanted to know besides a massive diet switch of avoiding table sugar. What supplements are imperative in this situation to keep the blood insulin levels elevated?

Chromium picolate is known to keep insulin levels in check.

Magnesium (crucial)
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) - Even better to use fat soluble form which is called Benfotiamine.
Then there's copper (also some zinc).
also mentioned already above, chromium (and vanadium) are helpful.
After that is sulfur (sulphur)...this one is probably the least utilized of all of them.

Without sulfur the body cannot make insulin, the same goes with some of the items above.
Pre-diabetes or just diabetes mellitus is a wasting condition (in Greek), literally means right through---these nutrients are being lost.
