Antihistamine

Post  The Hulk on Wed Jun 13, 2018 12:05 pm

I seem to have a histamine issue and am wondering if Dexchlorpheniramine Maleate is ok to take, or am I better off going with Cyproheptadine?
Thanks,

The Hulk

Thanks,

Controlling histamine in my opinion should never be treated with a drug, there are numerous side-effects regardless of the type.

It's better to repair the gut to naturally diminishing histamine response while improving the intelligence of the immune system. This results in negligible inflammation.

Indeed, but unfortunately that is insanely complicated, so most people will benefit from some histamine usage to avoid the annoying side effects of high stamine like stuffy nose etc.
