Ideal Cooking Time TO Reduce Goitrogens And/Or Oxalates?
Hey everyone!
I have a question; I am consuming lots of green smoothies (I use a blender, so I don't throw anything out, it's not just juice), and I want to know the ideal cooking time that has the best balance of reducing goitrogens and oxalates, but also preserving the nutrients.
Right now I use kale and spinach, and I steam them for about 5-7 minutes.
Thanks
