Interesting. Gary Null has great work, however it is undermined by his belief that meat is a problem.

If a person had no money and wanted to do the best they could by diet alone, then in my view, eating only high quality meat would be the answer.

Many of the supplements I use in very large part are there to counteract the non carnivore foods I consume.

In regards to some of his supplement recommendations, some are not appropriate for all people.
