Headaches and spotty vision

This past thursday, I got a bad headache which I believe was a migraine as it was accompanied by an effect on my vision. The same thing happened friday morning, then again saturday morning. I was generally fine on Sunday aside from a very mild headache. I felt fine all day today, but around 8 pm I started getting the same weird effect on my vision, it can only be described as blurring spots.
I also experience numbing and tingling of my extremities with this.

Could this be anything serious neurologically?
Should I wait a week or so and see if this continues? What could be the cause of this?
