The healthy poo

The poo chart:

http://www.gillianmckeith.info/yourbody/health/stoolanalysispoochart.php

What are your guys poo like ?

After changing my diet I have unfortunately failed to achieve the socalled healthy poo. My poo are a definately number 6 on the chart , which I both find a bit scary and sad considering the great changes I have made in my diet. My diet consists of natural youghurt, nuts, seeds, fish, chicken, brown rice, eggs, vegetables and fruit, but still, my poo is mushy and smells so rotten I have to open the window whenever I squat to squeeze. The sad fact is, when I was eating bread all day, my poo was much healthier.

Friends of the forum, have you guys experienced similiar things after changing your diet radically like I have?

You could try Digestive Enzymes and probiotics if not already doing these.

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar 30 mins before meals helps as well.

I think the state of the stool(shit) is really indicative of overall health.

I use to be on average a type 2/type 3(according to that chart) my whole life. Since I've cleaned up my whole lifestyle (from every facet) I'm generally a consistent type 4, although occasionally i'll be a 3 1/2 if I'm light on fluids.

NrwgnKID - You could buy (or better yet make) spelt Sourdough bread or even kefir sourdough bread. I'd recommend that first thing in the morning juice a whole lemon(or grapfruit) and drink in warm water. Take 2 tablespoons of coffee ground flaxseed in yogurt(as i do) or however you like. Get stuck into kefir!(you're really missin out if you don't) and eat the grains when they become in excess(literally a trillion times better than any probiotic). Those are just a few things that might prove helpful.

On top of that don't underestimate the power of excercise, drinking plenty of water or even how the complexity of unbalanced emotions(most often subconsciously) can effect digestion.

Just food for thought =)
