On the "Dietary factors" of immortalhairs site he claims hard cheeses are in the top 10 foods to avoid.

while i agree cheese is bad for hair - same as i do dairy, for hormonal reasons. i completely disagree about alchohol being bad for your hair. i think it helps it honestly.

I've seen alcoholics with full heads of hair.

I'd love to believe its as simple as diet but for me its 99% genetics.

IH your thoughts on feta cheese? It's usually made of goat's and sheep's milk ,yet is quite salty.

All that white rice probably spikes insulin, which isn't good for hair. High fat by itself might have that effect, but I don't know if that is more than a theory. Also, getting fat from Chinese food, or anything else, potentially could damage hair, through more insulin resistance.

Feta Cheese should be okay. Of all the grains, rice appears to be the least problematic.

Which types of rice caustic? White and brown or just brown? Anything I need to look for specifically when buying brown rice?

They are several varieties of gluten free brown rice (I get mine at Whole Foods). I would imagine that would be your best bet.

I am a cheese lover, I was wondering what are some of the healthier cheeses to eat and if anyone has any brands to give out? Thanks

Goat cheese (chevre) is the greatest of all time.  GOAT = GOAT.  Coincidence?  I think not.

Try to find a good natural one though, like with any food.

Since we all have different sensitivities, I can only speak for me. Pizza is on heavy rotation each week. On a related note, usually I can get by with pizza no problem. Yesterday I went to a place that "claimed" quality ingredients, it would seem their glyphosate saturated wheat did me no favors. Normally I experience no major discomfort, but yesterday was an exception. I can compensate for this by going heavy on vitamin C to repair the gut damage.

In closing, cheese is not a problem for me. I have observed that there are some foods that do damage for certain people.
The top ones being alcohol (for certain people) and heavy use of partially hydrogenated vegetable oils or cooked use of PUFA's without protection.
