Sublingual Tabs
What do you guys think about sub lingual tablets?
As I have read, some supplements are better absorbed sub-lingually. In which supplements would you think Sub linguals would be better option?

Re: Sublingual Tabs
Only B12?
Nothing else could benefit by this method?
So I shouldn't worry about any other supplement not getting properly absorbed orally?

Re: Sublingual Tabs
Abhi - Assuming everything else is normal, yes. However, if you're concerned about getting the optimal utilization of the nutrients, say vitamins or minerals, then the form does matter, not so much the route they are ingested.
Minerals should have a ligand (carrier) so that there is a chaparone to allow it to be electrically active, rather than being absorbed an occupying a seal that is not electrified or useable.
An inorganic mineral with no ion will be devoid of electrical activity. An example is magnesium chloride vs magnesium oxide. One is almost useless (the latter).
On vitamins, there is a complex or matrix where in some cases (folate vs folic acid) will not work well in some, since there is no capacity to convert inactive form to active form. I take brewer's yeast to supply several vitamins and minerals in the active, complex forms.
