My random uses for Mag Oil
My entire adult life, I have had a problem with irritated skin and razor burn/razor bumps after shaving. I tried different shaving creams, different razors and different aftershave lotions, but nothing elimitated it. It was bad enough that I had to shave at night to give my skin 3 or 4 hours for the razor burn/bumps to subside.
That was, until I started applying magnesium oil immediately after I shaved. Yes, it burns like hell and you will probably scream like a little girl/hop around the bathroom because of the pain. But if you leave it on for 2 or 3 minutes, once you wash it off, there will ne 0.00 razor burn/bumps/irritated skin. As long as I remember to use it, I can shave in the mornings again and not have to worry about razor burn/bumps anymore.
The 2nd thing I've been using Mag oil for is to brush my teeth. It tastes like crap, but it really makes my teeth whiter and improves my gum health...Also removes 100% of the morning coating on nastyness that's usually on my tongue - something toothpaste and toothbrush can't do nearly as well.
Last time I went to the dentist, I'd only been using mag-oil for a month...But still, the dentist was amazed at the health of my gums. Even when they accidentally hit my gumline with their scrapers, my gums did not bleed. This is the 1st time in my entire life that I've not bleed like a stuck pig when I went to the dentist (I almost never floss my teeth).
Just thought I'd share my findings.

Yeah, that is good, CoQ is good for that too. Can't imagine what mag oil and coq10 taste like together... Is this cool as long as you don't ingest the Mag oil since it's a small amount?

I can't imagine that ingesting Mag oil would be bad for you. It gets absorbed through your skin, so how would swallowing it be bad?

Harie - It's safe to ingest, it will just taste bad.
