Coffee + Supplements = Bad?
We all know that coffee is a diuretic. My wife just read that drinking coffee around the same time taking supplements is not good because the coffee pulls vitamins and minerals out of your body. How much of an affect will this really have on the supps? I usually wake up and take my supplements, then eat, then have one cup of coffee at least half an hour after taking my supps. Is this good enough or should I take my supplements before another meal during the day?

I'm glad for that. I usually put a table-spoon of Brewer's yeast and Xylitol in my morning coffee.
