Bumps, pimples or tender spots on your scalp

Who has them?

In my teens 17-20 or so, i had pimples on my scalp that hurt to touch, different than acne pimples on the face. Hairdressers would ask "whats this bump from" i would say from a construction nail, purely out of embarrassment. They went away for a few years or at least i didnt notice them. Ive had the odd one here and there, but now theyre back. I had about 4 or 5 on my scalp a few weeks ago (heads buzzed 1/8th inch), they didnt hurt but were itchy along with a few days of severe scalp itch which i tried to kill with tea tree oil.

Now theyre gone, but today i felt something up there (not physically with my hand) i could just feel it on my skin. So i touched the spot (its close to the center of my head), there's no real bump, but its a little itchy and when i do touch it it sends a pain to my right eye and above that on my forehead. The feeling is like a headache behind the eye. Ive had these before, its a really weird feeling when you touch it.

I believe it's due to peroxynitrite.

It could be folliculitis. It could be something else. The only accurate determinant would be a dermatologist examining you.
