CS... What do you think of fresh cilantro leaves for oral chelation?

I´m planning to add cilantro pesto to my meals once a week... Do you think it could help to get me rid of heavy metals?

gonzalito - It will help a little. During heavy metal detoxification, having enough saturated fat helps. Coconut oil is excellent for this purpose. For added strength, you could incorporate humifulvate.
