Body Waste / Stool - what can we learn from it?
Everyday (hopefully!) you go to the washroom and expel bodily wastes from yourself.
From dealing with a long standing gluten problem I have recently seen many changes in my bathroom habits... and I began to question:
Is there one generally accepted consistency / color of ones stool for all metabolic / food types that would indicate proper digestion and absorption?
If not, what stool colors should correlate to the different metabolic types?
What are indicators that you are incorporating into your diet, food that you really shouldn't eat?

The chart contained within this link is pretty interesting, as it reflects similar findings that I've had from personal experience.

Intresting, my stools are sometimes medium/dark brown and sometimes almost orange.

Same deal when I was little, though it corresponds more now with the sickly celiac category shade. I'm not sure if I should be looking for improvement or not since I drink a spinach smoothie almost everyday, haha.
