washing hair

Is it normal to get alot of hair on your hands in the shower if you only clean your hair once a week?

I can't remember if I use to get that before It started thinning?

Before thinning, believe it or not, I use to only wash my hair about once a month. I never really saw the need to, seeing as I'd rinse it in the shower. I liked my pixie hair when it was greasy and all mangled too.

from what ive read u can lose up to 200 hairs from your head per day!!
so if u only wash once a week....well u can do the math.
i think clean hair nd scalp is better...
