IH, How many Isolo drops / day? Should I make Iosole capsules?

The IH regimen calls for a few drops a day.
I have been taking 1 drop a day, in water, and having a hard time tolerating the taste/smell.

1- How many drops do I need?
2- Can I add drops to food, instead of water?
3- How about putting the drops in a capsule and swallowing it (bypassing the tongue/taste) will that reduce its effectiveness?
4- Is the amount of drops same for women and men?

ezmbh - Would start off with several drops in water. After a few weeks you can try taking larger amounts.

If you really hate the taste, there is a tablet called Iodoral, which has 12.5 milligrams of Lugol's solution.

How much iodine you need (man or women) depends on a lot of factors. The question is how much do we need, and there is either trial and error or you can try an iodine loading test.

Usually doses are 6.5 mg to 50 mg (more in some cases) per day. Start off small to avoid any harsh detox effects.

the smell/taste just reminds me of some cleaner or disinfectant used on cuts when I was a kid, kinda chemical-smelling.

does it have to be diluted in water? -- I could easily put the drops in a gelatin capsule and swallow the capsule.

How do I tell if I have any bromide toxicity symptoms, I'd like to recognize them As soon as they appear if they do. What's the first symptom to appear?

what's the difference between iodine from kelp & isolo / losol /lugol ?

I ordered losol like you recommanded, and i know nothing about salt loading/ bromide or anything really. im just healthy overall, no problems at all. what to expect?
