CS: A quick question about MACA.
I have been using MACA for almost 2 months now. I cycle it with 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
The first one that I used was Natrols Maca ( 3gms ) a day.
The second one I have been using was Navita Natural's raw maca powder ( 5-10gms ) postworkout.
Any better brand suggestions?? Also is it good to have it evenly divided throughout the day??Am i better off with the capsules or is powder a better alternative??

Nocturnalhorse - Hard to say. This forum had quite a lot of dialog one to two years ago on Maca.
