Post-Running-Food
I've started to get my lazy ass out running. I've always hated running and I felt horrible while trying, however, I forces myself to do it over and over again and now, perhaps 4 months later..I'M FREAKING LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVING IT. Who would have thought, me? running?
Please help me select what I should eat when I come back. I normally run shorter distances around 3 miles or so but with quick steps
What is the optimum food for me after I get back?

Whey Protein Isolate and Creatine Monohydrate. You can get a good quality form of both, pharmaceutical-grade, for a good price at nutrabio.com! That's where I get my stuff.

Yes, I've heard about that place. I also ment regular food. What should I eat after running? I have not so many options since I dumped milk and bread
