Selling my Laser Helmet
I used this laser helmet for about 9 months. I had some minor regrowth, but I've decided to just start shaving my head. The setup comes w/ 64 diodes and about 10 spares. I recommend anyone who buys this knows how to use a soldering iron since that is how I made it. It uses a velcro strap to size to your head and has brush spokes to elevate it off your scalp. I think I paid around $250 for everything. I'm asking for $200, OBO. my email is (remove spaces, ect):

That's a neat little laser contraption that you devised, hopefully it'll find a new home as that's a reasonable price!

Re: Selling my Laser Helmet
One made by OMG. It's about 14 months old. 300 diodes originally, but I found about 5 that were running hot recently and popped them out of the wholes. They're still hanging there though. So it's basically a 295 diode with the wiring in place for replacements. I like it a lot, but I want to get a new 350 or maybe even 400 diode helmet. I figured I would just sell this one at a reduced price so someone who wanted to start but didn't have the funds could afford it and then use that money so I could afford an upgrade.

Yanks--
If you wanted, I could throw in 50 or 100 more lasers into that and replace the hot diodes. Probably save yourself some money on labor and buying another mold.

That'd be perfect actually. I posted on WorldHairLoss, but haven't gotten any responses in about 2 weeks. I'll send you a PM to discuss this more. Thanks Nid.

Yanks, did you get any offers for your helmet or did you decide to let nidhogge add some more lasers?
