Female Question Regarding Lignans
I ran across a post on this forum that was about 2 years old but I can't find it again. It was regarding lignans and the effect on the female hairline. I believe the poster said the lignans caused some recession but that it would have a different effect on males. Before joining this forum, I never heard of the pine tree lignans the poster referred to. The poster also referred to an "aromatase hair" study. My question though, is regarding flaxseeds. I know they are good for male hair problems but what about females? I certainly wouldn't want to add something to my diet that would cause a hairline recession in the front and temple areas. Thanks for any responses to this topic.
