ACV tablets or liquid?

Is drinking liquid much better than tablets? How many tablets are equal to one tblspn of liquid?

I've always seen CS recommend the liquid and actually not recommend the tablets I don't remember why. I think tablets can actually cause problems. He also says there are alternatives to ACV if you can't stomach it, but I don't think many people know how ACV works cause it seems to do a lot more than just controlling blood sugar.
