Diabetes, depression, dementia, heart disease, and hair loss - all linked
guess this is what IHs treatment is aiming to combat, the hairloss vitamins/supplements, will also lower the risk of diabetes, depression, dementia, and heart disease. Amazing stuff.
My body fat is 27% which is high for a woman, I weigh 9st 7lbs and am 5ft 4" tall so by no means overweight. I need to lower this. IH's regime is all falling into place for me theoretically (I've not bought any of the supplements or vits yet).
My only issue is the conflicting evidence re the effectiveness of using antioxidants. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hoople - Some critics of antioxidants may site synthetic or poor forms. I have seen overwhelming evidence (clinically) that when observed are irrefutable.
I think you'll find in a short period, good physical evidence of everything working. Increasing the rate of glucose and fatty acid combustion will help maintain a leaner physique.
Ecklonia Cava, Lipoic acid and Acetyl L-Carnitine all foster a learner physique.
