My experirnce with them was they just turned my pee bright illuminous yellow, i dont know if that was a lack of absorption or not, but like abc said 'see what someone more knowlegdeable thinks'. Also they are a pain in the arse to swallow, 12 horse sized tabs per bag Shocked

I'm never impressed with these attempts to cram a whole buncha crap into one thing. To keep costs down, they generally use the cheapest stuff around with poor bioavailability, but to the average consumer that doesn't know any better, they go and brag to people "I'm getting all the vitamins and minerals that I need per day just from this supplement alone!". Meh.
