Little Fighter... an issue with making yogurt
I bought a yogurt maker and have been trying to make yogurt with culturelle, that ST11 stuff and Dr. Ohiro's probi's (all in seperate jars) but it doesn't seem to be forming. I've had it on for the past 16 hours and its still completely liquid. Got any ideas why?
I also had the issue a month back trying to use culturelle, but not boiling the milk first (which i'd rather not do, but thought maybe that was causing the issue). I let it sit for 24 hours and nothing... same deal with coconut milk which I would MUCH rather use if it would work. Could it be too hot or not warm enough?
