Interesting Note about Resveratrol Synergism

Resveratrol produces a synergistic effect, as well as increased potency and availability, when combined with other antioxidants or compounds having antimutagenic or cardioprotective properties (e.g., anthocyanidins, indole-3-carbinol, and green tea extracts).


I found this in a study analyzing trans-Resveratrol's potential for toxicity.

Why do you think that would increase toxicity? Do you have a cite for that?

He didn't say that it would increase toxicity, he said that he found it in a study that was analyzing Resveratrol's *potential* for toxicity. This is great news, and good news for Antioxidant Boost!
