Is it important to cycle our supplements consumption?
i know that bodybuilders taking some of their stuff on and off to prevent "receptor attenuation", which decrease effectiveness.
well, its not a rule for any kind of supplement , but its really important to know more about this
phenomenon when you have such a long regimen...
