anxiety, fast heart rate, jitteriness, malaise after heavy meals/meal with lots of fat?

Post  hairze on Wed Jan 05, 2011 12:22 am

I was wondering why do I get fast hear rate, anxiety, jitterinnes, malaise, after I eat too much, or after I eat some kinds of food with heavy fat content. In my case, the best example is Pizza hut (the one with the thick one), which always leaves me feeling this way.

Sounds a lot like me Smile My digestive problems basically accompanied my mpb, and I react mainly to eggs, pork, fat, etc. It all seems like bile flow to me, so my advice would be to clean your liver, gallbladder and biliary tree Smile

I've come up with this huge regimen on another site (more arrows equals more important, ie Choline alone MAY be sufficient) :

" Currently designing a regimen to cleanse the liver, mainly of cholesterol and parasites but also other things. Here's what I have so far:

>>>> Choline - 500mg a day
>>> Malic acid - 2 grams a day

>> Humaworm (standard recommended dosage, for 2-3 months)
>> Castor oil pack (1 hour a day for 2 weeks or so. If no morning exercise, then best done in the morning)

> Daily morning exercise (half hour)
> Vitamin C - ~2 grams a day
> Gold Coin Grass and/or Chanca Piedra
- Onion and/or Radish

Also, 1-2 squeezed lemons and 1-3 tbs olive oil in water daily will help by stimulating bile release. Healthy kidneys, low insulin and low stress/cortisol are also very beneficial Smile

Of course, a healthy lifestyle with a good diet (with not too much fat, sugar or alcohol) and lots of water is good too. "

Hope all that helps! You can also do something called a "liver flush" (it's on Curezone) but I favour intelligent supplementation! ^^

Hoppi!
