Have you tried supplementing with colostrum for your fatigue? I take it for weight training, but it's supposed to be beneficial for fighting fatigue and boosting the immune system as well.

For what it's worth, making your own 24 hour SCD yogurt is a cheaper alternative than colostrum for increased immune function.

Again, 24 hour SCD yogurt and not probiotics mixed in. Not the same thing.

hope this helps

actYeah... it's a bag of fun alright. Not sure if you've seen this "patent" or not...

lol, yup. I'm sure you saw, but there are some good quotes in this thread

if you do a search by using Ctrl F aids in this thread.

Also, this is interesting....

Yeah, definitely not bad at all. I use this http://www.amazon.com/Yogourmet-Freeze-Dried-Yogurt-Starter/dp/B0019CUN78/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1296588378&sr=8-9

Also learned that you don't need to eat much for the benefits. IME, If you eat too much, the casein from the milk can get to you... damn mercury, lol.

Yeah, If you're referring to this thread in particular, I've spent quite some time pouring over this stuff... anybody who doesn't think this holds water just hasn't researched it... ugh. The fact there are published studies showing patented micro-organisms floating around Chronic Fatigue / Autoimmune / etc patients and nobody is up in arms is ... bothersome.

That google search is unpleasant at best. Not surprising though.

Thanks jdp, will also look into the 24 hour yogurt, already sort of on it but haven't made the move yet.

jdp - Let me get this straight, do you just use milk alone and nothing else?

You can use yogurt starter mix or what i did was use a cup of yogurt i bought that was made from raw milk (any plain yogurt will work as long as it doesnt have added sugars, flavours, fruits etc. Also added some iodine (sski actually, after i added a pinch of ascorbic acid)

act < react, from your above link =

ASD = autism spectrum disorders

Also, to add here are good quotes

Here is an incomplete list of common neurotoxins in order of importance:
(i) Heavy metals: such as mercury, lead, cadmium and aluminum.
(ii) Biotoxins: such as tetanus toxin, botulinum toxin (botox), ascaridin (from
intestinal parasites), unspecified toxins from streptococci, staphylococci, lyme
disease, clamydia, tuberculosis, fungal toxins and toxins produced by viruses.
Biotoxins are minute molecules (200-1000 kilodaltons) containing nitrogen and
sulfur. They belong to a group of chemical messengers which microorganisms
use to control the host’s immune system, host behavior and the host’s eating
habits.
(iii) Xenobiotics (man-made environmental toxins): such as dioxin, phthalates,
formaldehyde, insecticides, wood preservatives, PCBs etc.
(iv) Food Preservatives, excitotoxins and cosmetics: such as aspartame (diet
sweeteners) food colorings, fluoride, methyl-and propyl-paraben, etc.
I have found that mercury in its different chemical forms has a synergistic
amplifying effect with all other neurotoxins. When mercury is removed, the
body starts to more effectively eliminate all other neurotoxins, even if they are
not addressed.

http://www.klinghardtacademy.com/images/stories/neurotoxin/NeurotoxinProtocol_Jan06.pdf

Tip #1:
Lyme symptoms worsen during and after successful mercury
detoxification (Hg-poisoning was successfully used as a treatment for
spirochetes. After eliminating Hg, the microbes recover before the host
immune system does).
Mold symptoms improve after successful Hg removal (mold uses Hg to
protect itself from the host immune system)
Tip#2:
Lyme arthritis affects the large joints, mostly knee and hip
Mold arthritis affects the small joints of the spine (facet joints) and of the
fingers
Tip#3: rythms and biorythms:
mold symptoms can flare up within minutes after exposure (ie visiting
someone who lives in a moldy home)
Lyme symptoms undulate with slower biorythms: 9-10 day cycles, 28-day
cycles . When symptoms come back, usually slow rise in intensity over 24
hours.
Worm and parasite symptoms worsen for 2-3 days during the full moon
(this is when they are sexually most active and propagate – with
accompanying immune reaction). Patient feels relatively well during new
moon
Tip#4: location:
mold sufferers feel better in dry climates
Lyme sufferers cannot tolerate sunshine and often feel worse in dry/sunny
climates (avoid sun, get depressed in sun)
Tip#5: behavior/moods:
worms in men: risk taking behavior. In women: docile behavior. In both:
short episodes of odd crazy schizoid behavior (hours).
Neuro-Lyme: episodes of rages and depression. Same mood may last for a
few days or weeks, not minutes. Normal/nice episodes even in illest
person. Get easily infatuated in inappropriate ways
Mold: often moods connected with dullness of brain. Can change in
minutes after exposure. Often chronically irritated as long as in mold
environment and immediately better, as soon as out
Metal toxicity: affected patients drawn to the dark/evil. Man made:
artificial environments (prefer Disney land over trip to the ocean), rhythm
without real music

Would highly recommend SCD diet with lots of organic (if possible raw) kefir. Kefir > all other probiotic capsules in my experience. Lots of raw milk/raw vegetables to help raise glutathione. Lots of organ meats such as liver and heart.

Keep chelating

Strict oral hygiene regiment

Mind-body connection (im not saying cfs is in your head) is a huge component of cfs imo. Symptoms -> conscious/unconscious negative thoughts -> stress response -> unable to heal. For some people, their belief that they are stuck with cfs and it is "incurable" is the biggest hurdle to recovery. A regiment of meditation/visualisation/cbt will be extremely usefull in addressing this. More on mind-body http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSU8ftmmhmw

You probably didn't get cfs overnight so its unlikely you'll get better overnight. Try to look at improvement in 6month time frames.

good luck

Hey abc, thanks for the post, SCD yogurt and other kefir is on the immediate list, as I have a source for raw milk now.

Keep chelating

Hell yeah, it's really been a life saver for me. I keep adding new chelation strategies.

Strict oral hygiene regiment

Sea Salt, four times a day with hot water, definitely a big part of most diseases let alone what I'm going through. Thanks.

As sick as I am and have been, I'm tenaciously level and optomistic, while I hate the placebo effect I am fully open and receptive to improvement, which I've definitely got, a great point though. Some people not only trap themselves but CFS seems to turn into a security blanket.

Thanks abc, hope all is well on your end too!

Living as if I wasn't sick and doing resistance training was helpful, as well as all and as many modes of chelation as possible, antibiofilm susbstances, improving colonic movements, meat diet and improving stomach acid, iodine, salt and improving blood flow and pressure, magnesium, and improving dental care via waterpik. If I have learned anything about chronic fatigue, its that my illness ... Isn't your illness, find what works for you.
