colloidal silver and probiotics

Post  cassanova on Mon Jul 11, 2011 2:49 am

Im looking for the best regimen to get rid of candida. Would Colloidal Silver in the morning followed by probiotics around lunch time be a good program? And for how long would you continue?

Yeah, I think CS is great for killing Candida and correcting dysbiosis as well as intestinal healing (I believe).

Probiotics like kefir are very good also although Trapper on CureZone said he did best on CS for a few months THEN starting the probiotics after Candida was gone. I may just do them both though soon as well as choline, inositol, lemons, beets and digestive enzymes to gradually cleanse my liver and intestines and increase bile flow.

Hope that helped! Smile

Nothing I noticed. The store-bought kefir here in Malta seems capable of making myself and others rush to the loo after eating a reasonable amount (a large pot), which I took as a good sign in regards to it's likely probiotic punch!! xD

Kefir probably is the best, but I was happier with store-bought simply because I don't trust my own kefir-making abilities to produce something as strong (plus I'm lazy)! Who knows though Smile
