Girl had thyroid problem, I prescribed iodine--story!!

I met this girl at my friend's bday party who was overweight, probably about 150 or so at 5'6, perhaps 160. She said that you used to be able to see her ribs, but that she had hypothyroidism then hyperthyroidism (or vice versa, I forget). Well her docs had her trying all these different things including synthroid (or whatever it's called) and I told her look, Iodine. I texted her to take a tab of Iodoral in the AM and a tab in the PM, or to get Lugol's solution and gave her the dosage instructions for that. She texts me 4 weeks later (today) and tells me that she's lost 4 lbs in just 4 weeks! She exercises regularly and eats reasonably healthy with some junk, but the only change in her routine was the Iodine.

Stuff works kids.

She has a ways to go and I have yet to see what she looks like thin...lol.

Lol, she unfortunately didn't reorder when she ran out. Folks lack compliance...you really need to be compliant with a protocol to see good results.
